Mike is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy transition.
Mike has led investments and financings in a number of sectors including power, renewables, biofuels, waste-to-value, transportation, and public infrastructure. Prior to joining Ultra Capital, Mike was the CEO and co-founder of EverVest, a software platform for financial modelling and risk analysis of renewable energy projects. He joined the team upon Ultra Capital’s acquisition of EverVest’s proprietary risk analysis technology and software development team. Prior to founding EverVest, Mike was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs focusing on the infrastructure, transportation and public sectors. He has led and managed over $15BN in transactions including project financings, asset portfolio sales, securitizations, and corporate financings.
Mike holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was a Jack W. Goss Fellow for Entrepreneurship, and a BS from the State University of New York at Albany.
